Contact and Feedback

Have a question about a project, guide, website feature or a bug report? Below you will find contact options, discussion forum links and notes on what to include with technical questions.

Discussion Forum

For questions about projects, guides and electronics, the forum is usually the best place. The answer remains available to other users dealing with a similar issue.

If the question concerns a specific article, use the related discussion topic linked from the project or guide detail whenever possible.

Technical Support

When reporting a problem, include the project or guide name, what exactly does not work, your wiring, firmware or software version and steps to reproduce the issue.

For website issues, include the page link, browser, device and a screenshot of the problem if possible.

What to Include in a Report

The more precise the initial information is, the faster the cause can usually be found.

1. Project Name

Mention the project, guide or application your question is about.

2. Version and Wiring

Firmware version, board type, modules used, power supply and a short wiring description are useful.

3. Problem Description

Describe what happened, what you expected and how the problem can be reproduced.

4. Photo or Screenshot

A photo of the wiring, screen or error message often makes troubleshooting much faster.
